There is a lot of Delftware sold by big auction houses that is wrongly described. I can't judge the set you mentioned because I didn't see it !
The mark was used by the Samson factory ( Paris) and also in the North of France by potteries that copied Dutch Delftware in the XIXth and XXth century. This certainly a product of the beginning of the XXth century.
