This is made by Elesva.

It was founded in Amsterdam and Leiden in 1919 and has continued to produce Delftware up to the present day. So not authentic Delftware. Your Item is most probably from around 1970-1980.

Elesva pieces often feature traditional blue-and-white designs, including windmills, floral patterns, and other decorative motifs.

Here are some examples of Elesva Holland pottery items often made as souvenir.

Vintage windmill Delft bell

,Miniature Delft blue vases

Hand-painted Delft blue bells

Ceramic cat and kitten figures

egg cups

Cheese knives

Trinket boxes

Ceramic shoes (clogs)

  • Elesva

This piece was made by Elesva, a factory in Leiden, founded in 1919. I don't have other direct references on me to suggest a closer date, but perhaps other experts know more about the date and use!
