Teacup with windmill and sailboat and saucer

This is teacup and saucer given to me by my mother. My parents lived in Europe in the 1960s. It has Delft markings on the bottom of both pieces and there is faint writing under the deftly marks on the cup and a stamp on the saucer. I recognize Joost and WH in the middle of the stamp.

I am wondering what year this was made and if there is anything special regarding its provenance?

Those are made by De Porceleyne fles in 1902 in the period of Thooft and Labouchére. Also called Flesje TL. Later it became Flesje JT ( Joost Thooft).

Seems to me that two painters worked on the cup. Lijnschoten ( 1889-1935) and P.Fauw (1883-1931). The painter of the plate is at this moment unknown to me but most probably someone els will know some more.
