Cannon Model/Miniature

2

This model cannon was purchased at the Paris flea market, by my grandmother on her honeymoon in 1948. It has no marks (no makers mark or country of origin), but is beautifully decorated with floral designs in blue and it has gold trim - this makes me a little unsure that it is Delft, but I have not been able to find another one like it and I am running out of ideas of where it could be from. Can anyone help me figure out this mystery?

Vraag

Can anyone tell me if this model cannon is Delft or where it is from? Does anyone know how old it could be?

Probably Italian or Spanish. This was made as a decorative item / souvenir. If not signed, it is difficult to trace. Quite new, in any case from the 20th century. . I couldn't find any examples of such cannons made in the Netherlands, but maybe someone here knows more about it. Below is an example of one from Italy.

kind regards Franky
