This is Delft. probably dating from around the end of the 18th century. Chinoiserie with image of a Chinese garden. Creator unknown. The number is probably a number for internal use.

This is Delft. waarschijnlijk te dateren omstreeks eind 18de eeuw. Chinoiserie met afbeelding van een chinese tuin. Maker onbekend. Het nummer is waarschijnlijk een nummer voor intern gebruik.

Nice plaque! The number isn't an 'official' mark, but some sort of inventory number, as Franky suggested; for internal use probably. I expect this plaque to be made in the second haf of the 18th century.
