Is this a Delft piece.? What does the mark signify?

This piece is not made in Delft. I do not recognise the marks. 

It is indeed an ink well after a Delft example. Normally, both jars are covered by a lid. One jar is for ink and the other for sand to cure/dry the ink. Normally, the second jar has little holes (as with a salt or pepper dispenser). At the bottom, there was a little drawer for a bird feather pencil.

Thank you very much for your comments. The Rijksmuseum poece is beautiful! Maybe one day I will visit, when we are allowed to travel again. If anyone does recognise the mark please let me know.

Unfortunately I don't recognize the mark and I can't find it, but when I look at the object, I believe a lot of effort was made to decorate this.
