Delft Teacaddy ?

Very difficult to tell with only a photograph, im my opinion it seems te be French, but I well may be wrong .

What do you think about the stopper ( cover) . I have never seen this on genuine period Delftware, do you ?

I have a common but pretty "Flower basket" / "Bloemenmanden" dish, marked D7 from De Grieksche A. The nice thing about that, is that it shares it colours and has similar decoration.

The important factor, is that the yellows and reds must be in overpaint (petit feu). You can feel these colours with your finger.

The pictures that you uploaded, do not allow me to judge the yellow color. A picture of the top, taken outside at noon in normal daylight, not sun, would definitely help a lot.

Thank you for the good picture, this really helps. Looking at the picture, I am fairly sure that the yellow and red are overpaint in petit feu. As you can see, the manganese/purple has not merged with the red that came afterwards. I think that they did the yellow after the red, as you can see it in the green center of the flowers.

Nevertheless, it looks real to me too, especially the greens are convincing!
