Delft-ware cruet (may have been in a set) with cork stopper and applied loop handle. High gloss white glaze with floral motif in Prussian blue.

I have viewed the Delft provided year and artist codes lists but they are no good to me as I simply can't deduce the writing on the bottom of my piece. That is what I would like help with, sorting out the artist and year my piece was painted. Thank you.

Hi Julie,

This style is called Delvert and was produced from 1968 till 1976, so I think the year code is CN for 1969. I can’t find the painter’s signature either.

Thank you so much for your reply and your assistance. I believe you have it correct with 1969. I never would have sorted that out on my own. Perhaps one day I will learn the painter's name/initials as well. It is a small thing I got from my mom when she passed away nearly three decades ago, so the value for me is sentimental.  Also, thank you for pointing out that it is Delvert style.  I was unaware of that and I see that means it is more green than blue.  That is good information.
