The vase is very damaged, grey coloured clay is visible under unusual (for me) light turquoise blue glaze.

Vraag

The mark is Van Duijn. Is this authentic?

It does indeed look authentic to me, it is a shame it has so much damage though.

Thank you!  Indeed pity that it was not well cared for, but offers us a chance to sneak-peek into the materials! It is beautiful anyway and I’m very proud to have it in my tiny delftware collection!
