This is a Delft syrup pot with Chinoiserie and floral decoration, likely made around the first quarter of the 18th century. Origin unknown.

This is an English probably Bristol  Delftware posset-pot . Ca. 1680-90.

Dear Nancy Evans, I FULLY agree with Mr. Roger Maes, Your Delftware posset pot is English, made in London or Bristol. Several, more or less, identical dated examples are known, with dates between, 1670-1710. See also, Dated English Delfware, Louis l. Lipski an Michael Archer, Pages: 200-217. Unfortunately the domed cover of your posset pot is missing.
