Lobed Dish

Lobed dish with floral decoration

Vraag

Is this Dutch delft or english delftware?
(If either any information on the specific place of manufacture or company would be excellent)
When may it have been made?
Is it considered a dish or plate, and is 'lobed' the correct term for the scalloped edge?
Is there a specific name for this floral style of decoration?

This is Dutch Delftware around 1700-30. In Dutch a " Plooischotel ", a lobed dish.

Kind regards,

The origin of this type of lobed dish is often attributed to the Northern Netherlands rather than specifically to Delft, as they were produced in several locations. In my opinion it has been made between 1650 and 1680.
